Best NCAA Division 1 Men’s Basketball Colleges

Fully funded NCAA Division 1 programs have up to 13 scholarships available per team. D1 Basketball includes more than 350 colleges with basketball programs. While many families know of the Power 5 schools they see on TV, this year’s rankings have a mix of colleges.
